Doubt about the amount of isorbidenitraat to use 40%.

If a doctor proposes a prescription for a preparation with isosorbide Dinitrate 1 gram, should one use 1 gram or 2.5 gram of the product, which is only available in a trituration of 40% in the market? The rumor does the round that one can only use 1 gram because the packaging is "standardized"! And is this so for e.g. zinc peroxide trituration of approximately 55% and for Alpha tocopherol acetate to Vit E 500mg/g?

Answer

Who does all that wrong information interspersed? The CLI ë Nten are to complain! With one pharmacist a much stronger preparation as with another! Of course, the packaging is standardized.

here as an example the composition of the 1% isosorbidenitate ointment, which will be published in the TMF. I suspect that 1 example is sufficient?
