Is Efudix an ointment or a cream?

On the packaging of Efudix it says that it is an ointment. But in 1 of the preceding questions it is said that Efudix is an (O/W) cream. The discussion in the pharmacy rice, we do not come out. Do you know the exact composition with the quantity of the ingredients? I think it depends on the amount of water in the preparation. Thanks in advance

  • -  The active substance is fluorouracil.

  • -  The other ingredients are:

  • -  propylene glycol,

  • -  Polysorbate 60,

  • -  Stearyl alcohol,

  • -  Vaseline,

  • -  Methylparahydroxybenzoate,

  • -  Propylparahydroxybenzoate,

  • -  purified water pro 100 g.  

  • The emulsifier indicates an O/W cream
