How to avoid precipitation in next preparation? Aluminium chloride. 6aqua 20% chlorhexidine 0.5% glycerol 10% isopropyl alcohol water AA AD 100 ml

Answer

The cause of the onset of precipitation is the formation of chlorhexidine hydrochloride, which is insoluble in water. The chlorhexidine should be replaced. Possibilities are: Benzalkonium chloride or cetrimide also in a concentration of 0.5%.
