How can I best dexpanthenol (100 mg per Gelul) in capsules processing with pyridoxine 100 mg and riboflavin 100 mg?

Dexpanthenol is a thick, smelly, sticky mass!!! Aerosil??? Or...

Answer

I think there is only 1 good solution and that is to dilute the dexpanthenol with Solutio Petit in order to obtain a liquid with a pipette or injection spouting solution. The other medicines may also dissolve, possibly they should be suspended. One can also replace the glycerin with propylene glycol, which possesses better dissolving properties. The gelules are filled with that solution, of course, taking into the desired dosage. The cups of the capsules are glued with a little CAP solution so that they do not fall open and the capsules are hermetically dense and do not leak. Of course, I only give you the principle; There will still be a bit of trial required to put the theory into practice. If the capsules leak, polyethylene glycol can be used. Probably with PEG 200 that is more fluid than PEG 400.
I fear that mixing with Aerosil does not give a good result.
