In The literature I have found that in ergotaminesuppositories there is always tartar acid to be present. Should this happen here too? ADEPs Solidus was used as a suppobasis.

Indeed, for the stability of ergotamine, tartar acid is added. We do this already during the preparation of trituration, which has the following composition: Ergotaminetartraat 1.00 g; Tartar acid 1.00 g; Red Iron oxide 50 mg and mannitol 47.95 G. On the other hand, it is very important that the Coffe ï ne is made in advance by BV grinding in coffee grinder. For the rest, there are no more pitfalls in this regulation.
