How do you work erythromycin in a Roc Dermatologique cream adoussisante?

When processing erythromycin in a Roc Dermatologique cr è me adoussisante this proves not to succeed. Roc himself proposed to add glycerin, but that does not solve the matter sufficiently. are erythromycin and the CR è me adoussisante perhaps incompatible? And what are possible alternatives?

Answer

The CR è me Roc Adoussisante contains Carbomer and indeed erythromycin and Carbomer are incompatible, although erythromycin reacts basically. Probably the formed salt of such high molecular weight is that the water becomes insoluble and precipitous in form of a sticky product. There are other parafarmaceutical cr è mes, which exhibit the same phenomenon. There is only 1 solution and this is of an equivalent carbomer free preparation to use. Or this is in the ROC range I do not know. Which is the advantage of such expensive CR è Mes as Excipi ë nt to use I don't know either. Show?
