The national Formularium only mentions that the solutions must be joined together correctly before use.
Answer
I have learned that blue water is prepared by mixing the two solutions at the time of delivery or use. From this I conclude that stability is low and this is mainly due to the colloidal nature of the precipitations, which can gradually overgaaan to the crystalline form.
