How to prepare: capsaicin oil resin 0.03% in hydroalcoholic solution?

I can't find a tailor-made formula. The preparations are now usually made with pure capsaicin, which is much stronger than the Oleoresina.  

I can only make you a suggestion to try out. Record all quantities used on the go!  

In a small   bekergklas   weigh   120 mg oleoresina capsaicin and dissolve in 20 ml of ungenerated alcohol (stock solution). In a small mortar we weigh 2 g of Tween 80 and mix it with 10   g glycerin. Under good mixing with Stamper, We add 5ml of the stock solution. Once mixed, the solution should be clear. Then we add 30 ml of water very gradually in small amounts under mixing with pestle. The solution remains clear?? After that, we dilute this solution with 30   ml of ungenerated alcohol. If the solution was not clear for this dilution, is it now clear? If not add still in small quantities under good stirring alcohol until solution is clear. Once clear dilute gently under stirring well with water; The solution remains clear??   If not add again a small hoevvelheid alcohol. The 100 ml does not exceed.
