Formula for Beard Balm: Prednisolone 1%, erythromycin 4%, Lanette SX 1.5%, Oleum medicinalis 1.5%, Aqua ad 100mL
Is there no incompatibility between erythromycin and Lanette SX and how can it best be solved?

In A list of incompatibilities between active ingredients and the classic Dermatics bases I find that erythromycin is compatible with both hydrophilic anionic cream and image base.
