Is it possible to prepare a mouth rinse agent based on hydrocortisone sodium succinate?

this to replace Buccalsone tablets (hydrocortisone-sodium succinate 2.625 mg) that is out of the trade.

Answer

Various Corticostero ï ds are used In mouthwash agents for Mucositis. I would like to base my choice on this.
examples are:
  1. dexamethasone 0.05 mg/ml
  2. hydrocortisone and prednisolone 0.4 mg
One uses mostly the water insoluble form in view of the soluble not having long stability. Of course, the final delivery form becomes a suspension. HPMC is a widely used viscosite booster.
