Formula: Chlorhexidinedigluconate 0.06 g, eucalyptol 150 mg, sodium bicarbonate 0.6 g, Vaseline white 19.5 g, almond oil AD 30 gram. Always leaves here as a beautiful nasal ointment, according to the patient the ointment becomes too hard after 2 days to get through the nasal cannula. Is this due to the patient's custody, by the recipient (Unguatorpotty), or do I have to adapt something to the formula?

What is happening in this nasal ointment is difficult to figure out at first sight and should be sorted out by combining the products with each other. I would try not to solve the problem by replacing the chlorhexidinedigluconate (solution) with an equivalent amount of chlorhexidinediacetate (powder)
