Next formula Discolours pink but ointment mass is stable of consistency: betamethasone valerate 100mg Salicylic acid 5g tween 80 5g ung aquosum Cream Aqua AD 100g

< br/> Which solution without changing the concentration of active ingredients?

Answer

The discoloration is believed to originate from a reaction of salicylic acid with Fe ions. According to your explanatory statement, Water is not at the root of the problem. Presumably there is another ingredient contaminated with Fe ions. This is hard to figure out. I would add 0.5% NA2EDTA.
