One of the regulations, which we regularly receive, is worded as follows: Hydrocortisone acetate 1% nystatin 100000 E/g chlorhexidine 0.5% zinc Oxide 10% Cetomacrogol cream

AD 30g < br/> We have a number of questions about this:
  1. Is it not better to let the zinc oxide look like it can affect the stabilietit of the hydrocortisone acetate?
  2. could a possible replacement of the hydrocortisone acetate by hydrocortisone be a solution assuming that zinc oxide is retained?

Answer

  1. the incompatibility of ZnO with Corticosteroid Idesters was discussed in question: ' Are you familiar with the degradation of corticosteroids by zinc oxide? '
  2. See question: "What do you think of this" always-price "mixture? '
