2.5 g Permethrine is dissolved in 10 g PEG 400 and then mixed with 237.5 g Shampoo simplex Herdewijn.
It creates a waxy precipitation that is very difficult to shake.

Maybe 2.5 g permethrin solve 8 X amount of Tween 80 ? Try on 0.5 g permethrin. Cetomacrogol 1000 may also be a candidate.
