(Courtesy of APR. L. Mombaerts) The hardest thing is to answer your second question. But here nevertheless a composition for 5l, which is with the support of the FarmaLeuven in manufacture in Za ï re in quantities of 10l.
Triethylamine 5g
Carbopol 980 12g (or Carbopol 940 15g)
glycerin 100g
denatured alcohol 3700ml
desionized water up to 5l
method: Desionized water in a mixer. Add Carbopol while mixed. If possible, mix in defibrosis for 5 minutes. Vacuum and then scrape off walls. Return 5 minutes mixing in vacuo.

bring the denatured alcohol into a holder of 5 litres. Add glycerin and triethylamine. Mix well. In normal air pressure, add the mixture alcohol + glycerin + triethylamine into the mechanical mixer. Mix to a nice gel.

filling: Best in bottles (PET vials or other) with a dosing pump.
