Answer

There are a number of possibilities
  1. a simple solution of 25% Podophyllin resin in flaunable paraffin
  2. a tincture of 3.65% Podophyllin in alcohol 90 °
  3. a coll odium 5, 20, 25%
for the 5% is 24g antiseptic solution (AO) Added and 71g collodion elasticum PB V; For the 20% 20g AO and 60g collodion elasticum but apparently without castor oil (why?); For the 25% 19g AO and 56g collodion elasticum but apparently without castor oil.
I do not guarantee that the Podophyllin resin dissolves in 1.2 and 3 completely!
  4. A 20% ointment in petroleum jelly
Before use is mentioned to cover the surrounding tissue with petroleum jelly and to remove the Podophyllin after 4 hours.

I have to end up with following recommendations in the preparation: wear gloves and glasses; avoid dust formation and clean the workshop with soap and water! After all, podophyllin can cause severe irritation by inhalation and contact with eyes and skin.
