Shampoo with phase secretion salicylic acid 5% urea 10% Resorcinol 5% saponin Coaltar 5% Shampoo Simplex AD 200ml

This preparation is not stable how do we solve this best? We have already tried to mix all the powder except urea, and then add the shampoo. Then heat and mix with a stirrer. In retrospect we added the urea, dissolved in a little water. We used Shampo simplex manufactured by Certa.

Answer

The problem can come from salicylic acid and resorcine. Maybe bring both products separately into 90ml shampoo simplex. The resorcinol should dissolve seen water soluble but it is not ruled out that also dissolves the salicylic acid in the shampoo base. Afterwards, you can mix both parts and add, mix and adjust urea and LCD.
I would also like to note that shampoo simplex Certa does not correspond to shampoo simplex NF and that with this composition may not occur any problem. The detergents used are clearly different!
