Sometimes a drug in retardform (with small spheres in the Gelule) should be redistributed in another dosage. What excipients can be used to bring to the correct volume and avoid dissaming?

There is only 1 excipient, which is eligible and these are analogue spheres without a medicine like e.g. homeopathic spheres.
