Twice our CLI ë NT has already come back with a broken CR è me. The composition is worded as follows: Prednisolone 0.25 g erythromycin 1g zinkundecylenate 5g Salicylic acid

5g
Almond oil 5g
image base ad 50g < BR/> Us there seems to be no incompatibility in it. But striking was the discoloration of the thermal labels. From there we suspect that the CR è is kept at too high a temperature.

Answer

I suspect that not a storage at too high temperature is causing the breaking of the CR è me. But there is whether there are different incompatibilities in this compound. The which is only to be determined by bringing a few combinations of products together and see if a reaction occurs. That's why I suggest the following try:

  1. would zinkundecylenate work as W/O emulsifier like Castearaat? Mix zinkundecylenate with image base;
  2. , erythromycin-base would react with salicylic acid with formation of erythromycineH + which in turn could react with the lauryl sulfate (-) causing the active emulsifier to disappear; so mix erythromycin with salicylic acid and Beelerbasis
  3. idem For zinkundecylenate and salicylic acid

based on the findings of these tests, a decision can then be drawn, which exists in the extreme case in the elimination of a constituent such as znundecylenate or salicylic acid.
