the hand-foot syndrome is a side effect of cytostatics (e.g. Caelyx, which is a adriablastina). It is also called Palmar-Plantar syndrome (PPE) and consists of swelling and pain of the extremities. Following composition can be used:

R/hydrocortisone acetate 1%procedure:
Dimethylsulfoxide * 50%
Carbomeer mucus TMF to 100%* for good penetration with possibly thickened epiderm
- Dissolve hydrocortisone acetate in the dimethylsulfoxide.
- mix with the carbomer mucus.
- the bad odor can possibly be masked with 20 drops of lemon spirits per 100 gram.
