I do not find such a high concentration back, at most 5%. And a solution with lidocaine HCl 30% with adrenaline 0.1% in water?

I have to recommend the utmost caution. I certainly would not deliver the solution. The CR è me, which is applied only on small surfaces, is perhaps still just feasible.
I have to refer to a deadly accident with an anesthetic gel in the USA. The gel contained 10% lidocaine and 10% tetracaine along with an unprecedented amount of adrenaline. This is an even higher concentration and I seem to understand that a large surface has been inscribed and there might be some hypersensitivity.
