Preparation of capsaicin cream with 0.0075% capsaicine

Standard contains Oleoresina Capsici 2% capsaicin and consequently we need 100 g cream 3.75 g Oleoresina. In order to divide this homogeneous, the use of an Unguator or Topitec is recommended. We weigh 46.25 g either hydrophilic anionic cream TMF in the ointment pot and then 3.75 G Oleoresina capsicii.
