In the past one knew CAFERGOT-PB in Dragees and in suppositories. Those suppositories contain then:

Belladonna-Alcalo ï den (tot.) 0.25 mg
Butalbital 100mg
Coffeine 100mg
Ergotaminetartraat 2mg

According to the company Novartis, the composition of Belladonna Alcaloiden (TOT) or Bellafoline the following:

L-Hyoscyamine 56% L-Scopolamine 4% Lactose 40%

Cafergot PB suppositories contain 0.25 mg belladonna Alcaloiden (tot) or Bellafoline being 0.14 mg Hyoscyamine and 0.01 mg scopolamine = 0.15 mg Alcaloiden in total.
Belladonna Dry Extract Ph Eur contains 1% alcaloides in total and thus comes 0.25 mg. Bellafoline correspond to 15mg Belladonna extract. Consequently, the about Belladonna extract should be increased to 15mg in the prescription.
