I thought of the ichtyol to mix with castor oil and this mixture then mix it with the melted suppository mass. Then I add the mixture of the dry extract with Aerosil.

Your proposal is not bad. However, do not add too much castor oil because you could lower the stol point too strongly. The dry extract I would rub and mix with about five times its weight to lactose. Aerosil has the disadvantage of increasing the viscosity of the suppository mass which can be ï the exemption of the medicinal products.
