Is chlorhexidinedigluconate compatible with a Lanettewascrème or should another cream base be chosen?

Chlorhexidine digluconate 0, 5g vitamin A acid 0, 05g Lanettewas cr è me NF 6 ad 100g < br/> Lanettewax cream contains, however, Lanette N which is aniogen and therefore incompatible with chlorhexidine digluconate.
Is the unbuffered cetomacrogol cream without sorbic acid not better suited? Furthermore, in the TMF, it is spoken of filling in a tube, but according to another source it must be filled in a packaging consisting of plastic. Can a tube be used?

Answer

As you write it yourself, the cream base, which you mention, must be invoked here. I cannot find your comment on the use of plastic packaging from plastics anywhere. In two formularies with a good fame I find the use of all tubes back for creams based on vitamin A acid. One mentions that the inner wall must be covered with an inert lacquer layer. To my knowledge, most tubes, which are used in the pharmacy, are provided with such layer.
