A combination Cortico's with Minoxidil solution TMF minoxidil 2% TMF + triamcinolone acet 0.1% + hydrocortisone Acet 1%

The last product does not dissolve.

Answer

450mg hydrocortisone acetate is soluble in 100ml ethanol. Water solubility is quasi nil. From this we can decide that the water that appears in the composition of Minoxidil 2% TMF will have to be omitted if we opt for a solution.

I would think of replacing this amount of water by propylene glycol, which is a good solvent for Cortico & #039; s. Extra adding 1.5 g of Cremophor EL to the mixture alcohol-propylene glycol can also help. Or 5% Cetomacrogol 1000.

Of course there is the possibility to prepare a suspension instead of a solution. It is evident that only 1 Viscosite booster is eligible for hydroxypropyl cellulose.
