This preparation was lumped (Lidoca was used ï NE base in the preparation)

We cannot exclude that the base reacts with the acid to form lidocainefluphenaminate (?). Would this salt sometimes possess unexpected properties?? I would try with lidocaineHCl to avoid the salt formation.
