The modified legislation should use the raw material and not the speciality. Does this happen best by processing the corticosteroid in a mixture of CETOMACROGOLCR è me (O/W) and cold cr è Me (W/O) or is it better to use only coldcr è me?

For the loco Diprosone cr è me you can find a composition in the TMF. Given that there are no unsurmountable problems, I would therefore follow the prescription and dilute this CR è me with cold cr è me. If you use the cold CR è me of the Belgian Pharmacopoeia, the end result will be an O/W cr è me. If you use a prefabricated cold cr è me, then I do not predict whether the O/W it will pick up on the W/O given prefabricated cold CR è knife stabilized with extra W/O emulsifier.
