Do you have a good method of preparing unguentum aquosum to prepare an AQUA with good results?

I believe that the PBV speaks of "shaking" in the preparation. Shaking is not equal to stirring. You should look for a wide-halse pot, which you can make close so that you can shake water and oil phase at each other until fixed.
