Following preparation does not succeed: Erythromycin 4g cleanance Creme Bois 40g

We obtain a kind of sticky mastic not granular whole. The company Av è NE presented the Creme pour peaux intolerantes. This gives a better result but not yet optimal.

Answer

I have received the two compositions of the Avene & #039; s CR è Mes. A perfectly unclumped preparation will probably not be possible with any of them.
at a first check of the components one would think that it should succeed better with the Cleanance creme. The Cleanance creme is very complex in composition and contains as possible problem substances polymethylmetacrylate microcapsules, polyacrylamide, cetrimoniumbromide and salicylic acid. Basically, the microcapsules and the polyacrylamide are non-ionogen which would mean they do not react with erythromycin. But salicylic acid will react allightly with erythromycin base. The formed salt can have a pernicious effect on the swelling of polyacrylamide, which coacerfies or flukes. The rubbing of the microcapsules will also not have a beneficial effect on the homogeneous aspect of the preparation.
the CR è me pour peaux intolerantes contains Carbopol, which we know is incompatible with erythromycin. The result you obtain is probably similar to Benzamycin, to which Erythromycin was added. In this operation, the gel clothe some. Very nice it is not but the non-optimal preparation remains usable. I think we should be happy about this.
