Both methods can be used. That of the national formulary is perhaps the most useful, but it is a two-step process. Since the water used should be cooked voraafally, the TMF method is simpler. However, it is important to allow the boiled water to cool before adding the parabens. Personally I would bags up to 70 ° C.
