No. I found a composition analogous to yours but with only 3% Cignoline or ditranol. Also in this case it is mentioned that the cignoline as well as the salicylic acid are not completely dissolved. Of the salicylic acid 80% would be dissolved.
Nevertheless, I would add to your composition the amount of acetone to 10% and 100 mg of Vit E. The Vit E provides an extension of the shelf life of 2 to 3 weeks. The shelf life is limited due to discoloration to purple.
