By the Monostearine Ph. Eur., which is now available. This is no longer self-emulsifying due to the lack of a small amount of soap. This was the Monostearin PB V though and this monostearine had O/W Emulgatorische properties. Monostearine Ph. Eur is a strong W/O emulsifier.
