A mouth rinse agent with benzocaine gives precipitation.

I have made a mouthwash, which contains: 0.04% benzoca ï NE, 0.1% NaEDTA, 20mg sodium saccharinate and mint water (3% mint Spiritus) AD 100ml. After a certain time, a precipitation appears on the bottom of the bottle.

Answer

40mg of benzocaine appears to be soluble in 100ml of water. But apparently you don't get this value in your composition. Therefore, I would acidifying with some drops of diluted acetic acid (5% solution) and check if the precipitation disappears. The simplicity of your composition is also striking. Would you not add a disinfectant such as chlorhexidine? Or a dilution of phenosalyl?
