We find different compounds and dosages in OA. National Formularium, PMF, MFS. However, these dosages differ e.g. For thiamine from 5mg to 250mg. Which is now the correct dosage and composition of a vitamin B complex when it is used to prevent mosquito bites?
Answer
I would recommend taking capsules with 100mg of thiamine in 3x per day.
