Precipitation in solution of Triamcinolonacetonide: Triamcinolone acetonide 40mg Salicylic acid 400mg Benzalkonium chloride 10mg Ethanol 9g Water ad 20g

I dissolve triamcinolone and salicylic acid in the ethanol and then add the water. After a while crystallization of the solution.

Answer

Prepare a solution of 50mg benzalkonium chloride in 70g ethanol. Tarreer Beaker with glass stirring rod and weigh 14g of the benzalkonium chloride solution. Add Triamcinolone acetonide and salicylic acid and dissolve. Add with pipette water and until (20 + tare) G mix with rudder.

the ethanol concentration is +/-70%; it is not excluded that 60% is sufficient but this should be tried out.
