Preparation of diclofenac gel.

In the preparation of diclofenac gel I dissolve after diclofenac in propylene glycol. After adding to the Carbopolgel, it becomes slightly white from which we decide that diclofenac will drop back.
R/Na diclofenac 1
Propylene glycol 5
Paraff fluib 5
Isopropyl 5
Tween 80 0.2
Isopropanol 10
Carbopolgel (NaOH) ad 100g

Answer

This is very possible because even though a after salt is still little soluble in water after diclofenac. I would give it a try with the Carbomeergel of the TMF. Also, it seems to me the amount of Tween 80 to the low end at least if we count on Solubilisation. Maybe X 10 = 2g? There is also the possibility to increase the amount of isopropanol. Up to 20g BV?
