Is there a special ingredient in the nail polish LOCERYL to promote penetration?

How can we optimise the penetration in the nail of betamethasonvalerate?

Answer

I have recovered the composition of Loceryl. The presence of a special constituent to promote penetration is not very clear. There are mainly plasticizers in the film; But they may also promote penetration. The good penetration is perhaps also due to the properties of Amorolphine?

the problem is that most of the constituents of Loceryl are not available for a magistal formula; also not the used resin.

Magistraal We only have 1 choice and this is collodion. Now whether this is as much less good as methacrylate I doubt now we could try to promote the penetration of the Betamethasone valerate (BMV) with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). I would therefore propose the following:

R/BMV (pure product; no trituring!)
DMSO 10% (maybe 20?)
Collodion elasticum up to volume
If you can find it in this formula, test it out. I haven't tried them out. The results obtained will perhaps require adjustments?
