Phenolum liquefactum = 10 D phenol + 1 D water
I suspect that phenol liquid + thymol + Sulpho resorcinol together are curable and miscible under some of the available simple ointment (mixture 1)
For salicylic acid You should use the powder quality , still rub well in the mortar and then slowly mix with the rest to simple ointment, very slightly warmed up. To this mixture you add mixture 1 and the whole is brought by the ointment roller.
It is recommended to shield the fabric around the wart with nail polish or prepare a mixture of collodion in acetone. One can also inject the ointment into a round hollow plaster of Scholl to position the ointment correctly on the wart.
