What is the right formula for zinc liniment?

I know zinkoxide lubricant or liniment with following composition  

ZnO 60 g; oleic acid 700 mg; groundnut oil 39.3 g  

I fear that you   can no longer obtain oleic acid; replaced by Arlacel C     ZnO must be sieved!  

An alternative from NF lime oil liniment with ZnO and borax  

ZnO 10 g; borax 5 g; cod liver oil and lime water AA 42.5 g
