Posted on: March 6 2013When making the next preparation and even before adding the Clobetasol, one obtains a pink discoloration (oxidation of salicylic acid?).
In The FTM is an analogue formula with the addition of salicylic acid.
R/Clobetasol propionate 15mg
Salicylic acid 900mg
hydroxypropylcellulose 1g
isopropyl alcohol 35m
water ad 50g

Me this seems rather a reaction with iron. What water is used?
