Triamcinolone 10mg, Lanette Q.S., glycerin 5g, tween 80 600 mg, water up to 100g, FSA lotio.... I know I should replace triamcinolone with Triamcinolone acetonide,

You can use Lanette SX or N. Given the lower skin irritation I would use Cetomacrogol. You can find the composition of a milk in the TMF
Glycerin and Tween 80 uses GE to rub the triamcinolone acetonide.
