We have problems with following formula:
lactic acid 9g
Paraffin wax 30g
Vaseline Aqua + emulsify ad 300g

The amount of lactic acid seems to me rather on the high side, which can be a rather acidic reaction to the skin. Usually the aim is to set a pH of +/-5. See Eucerine pH 5. Therefore, lactic acid is then combined with nalactate. Possibly also with urea.

nalactaatsolution (50%) 12gtry if this formula succeeds with hydrated petroleum jelly with sesquioleate TMF + 30g paraffin wax. If not, then best reduce the water content slightly from 138 to 120g.
