Question

A magijet question: I have a mixture of enzymes which also has to be added L-glutamine and liquorice root. But I have overlooked 1 problem: the restricted gastrointestinal

Stability of L-glutamine. I find back that you are taking L-glutamine best 1h before or 2h after eating. In addition, enzymes, for optimal digestion capacity, should be best taken at the beginning of vde meal.
< br/> On the internet I find several derived forms of glutamine that would have better stability. However, they are only used in sales forms without scientific evidence.

Answer

According to the literature, glutamine seems less stable than I thought. The maximum stability in solution lies between pH 5.5 à 7.5 and 1 month shelf life seems a good time. So a coated capsule would be in place here. A combination with your not-clearly determined verteringsenzymes seems very difficult unless it also previously tolerated a light of PH (pancreatine) than an acidic such as Peptone (Pepsin).

according to my data, the more stable derivatives are not available through the normal channels.
